Statement on Tragic Accident Involving our Team Members

It is with tremendous sadness that we can confirm that all four of the victims of Tuesday’s tragic auto accident on U.S. Hwy. 290 are valued members of our team at PowerHouse Electrical Services, Inc.

This heartbreaking news has shaken all of us.  All of these young men have worked for our company as licensed electricians and are loved and respected by their peers.  We mourn the passing of the three who lost their lives and pray for a speedy and full recovery of our surviving colleague.

Just as this tragedy has rocked the Giddings community, it has also deeply touched our company, as we have many employees who live in the Giddings area and are either close, personal friends or family members of the victims.

We appreciate the outpouring of kindness and generosity from our customers, colleagues, friends, and others in the electrical and homebuilding industries.  Many have asked how we can come together as a community to help their families through this tragedy.  We have created a GoFundMe campaign to collect donations that will assist the surviving victim and the families of the deceased.

If you would like to make a donation, or would like to share the campaign with those in your network, please visit https://www.gofundme.com/3-fatalities-and-1-injured-powerhouse-employees.

On behalf of everybody at PowerHouse Electrical Services, Inc., we wish to send our love, prayers and full support to their families at this difficult time.  We are also praying for the health and wellbeing of our injured colleague and hope to see him back at work soon.
